Support

Something need a human?

Support is by email. Oneop does not publish a response time — there is no SLA instrument behind one — so the fastest thing you can do is send a complete first message.

Goes somewhere else

Thirty minutes in the live product, on your use case.

A demo is a working session, not a slide deck. You bring the shape of your business — how orders arrive, what has to reach the books, what is currently held together by a spreadsheet — and we drive the real product against it. Booking is not a prerequisite for trying Oneop; the free plan is open right now.

What actually happens in the thirty minutes

The session is run live in the product by the people who build it, and it follows your questions rather than a script. A typical half hour covers three things:

  1. Your flow, end to end. One of your real order or ticket shapes, followed from the first message through to the ledger posting — the cascade argued on Why Oneop, run against your case instead of a demo one.
  2. The opt-in modules. Finance, statutory tax, project management and sequences all start off. This is the fastest way to see them, and to find out what turning them on involves on your plan.
  3. The honest boundaries. Where Oneop does not fit — two channels only, one model provider, no certifications — said out loud, early, rather than discovered in month two.

You will not be asked to sit through a company history. If your question is answered in ten minutes, the call ends in ten minutes.

Book a time

Tell us what you want to see and we will come back with two or three times.

Request a time

We do not have a self-serve booking calendar connected yet, so this goes to a person who will reply with times.

We use this to reply to you and nothing else. See our Privacy policy.

Prefer email? sales@oneop.io works just as well.

You don't need a demo to try Oneop

Oneop's free plan is genuinely self-serve — no credit card, no sales call, no waiting for a reply.

Registration creates your own workspace with two seats. Chat, CRM, tickets, tasks and inventory are on from the first login, and there is no trial clock counting down on the free plan. Most people evaluating Oneop should open a workspace first and book a call afterwards, with sharper questions.

When a demo is genuinely worth booking

Book one when the answer depends on your situation rather than on the product.

  • You need one of the opt-in modules. Finance, statutory tax, project management and sequences are enabled for your workspace by us, not toggled in your settings.
  • You are migrating. Import is a guided wizard covering 22 record types with a validation report before anything is written, and a 30-minute rollback window — but which of your data survives the mapping is a conversation, not a feature list.
  • You have statutory or multi-currency requirements. Seeded tax rate packs exist for Pakistan, the 27 EU member states, Canada and Egypt, and live filing goes to HMRC in the UK and FBR in Pakistan. Everything else is an export file you submit yourself. Worth checking against your obligations before you commit.
  • You want to see governed AI act. Agent runs carry published ceilings, a suggest / approve / autonomous permission model, and a Simulated-versus-Live badge on every run. It is more convincing to watch than to read: AI governance.

Before you book

How long is an Oneop demo, and who runs it?

Thirty minutes, run live in the product by the team that builds it. Oneop is founder-led and early, so the person showing you the product is the person who can answer why it works the way it does.

Do I have to book a demo to use Oneop?

No. Free self-serve signup is open and unflagged — you can create a workspace with two seats right now without a credit card or a conversation. The demo is for questions about opt-in modules, migration and statutory setups.

Can I buy a paid plan on the call?

Not through the product yet. Automated online checkout for paid plans is not switched on, so upgrades currently go through sales. Free signup is unaffected.

Will you show me things Oneop can't do?

Yes, deliberately. Oneop supports two customer channels — web chat and email — has one AI model provider, and holds no security certifications. Those limits are on the site and they are on the call.
