Support

Something need a human?

Support is by email. Oneop does not publish a response time — there is no SLA instrument behind one — so the fastest thing you can do is send a complete first message.

The chatbot that answers "where is my order" with the actual order

Oneop puts a website chat widget on your store and connects it to the systems that hold the truth: your WooCommerce orders, your stock levels, your invoices and your support queue. When a customer asks about an order, the bot looks the order up. When it cannot help, a human takes over in the same thread. And the record they are both working on is the one your warehouse and your ledger use too.

Built for stores that live and die by "where is my order"

The bot reads real orders

WooCommerce order lookup, tracking, cancellations and returns are native chatbot blocks — plus product search and a live stock check — so "do you have this in stock" gets a real answer, not a guess.

Stock that cannot oversell

Available equals on-hand minus reserved, enforced in code and cannot go negative. A second order cannot sell inventory the first one already committed.

Support that ends in a measured score

Tickets resolve the requester to the same customer and finance record behind the order, and resolving one can fire a CSAT trigger — real responses, not a guess at satisfaction.

A handoff that keeps the whole transcript

Both bot and visitor turns persist through a single choke point, so when a flow hands off to a human, the agent inherits the complete conversation — not a summary.

Specific, checkable facts — not a testimonial

Oneop has no store logos or review scores to show you yet, so here are mechanisms you can check yourself.

Available = on-hand − reserved, enforced in code and cannot go negative — a second order cannot oversell the first.

Inventory →

Nine carrier integrations rate and buy real labels — with no origin address configured, the system refuses to ship rather than invent one.

Shipping →

Voiding an invoice reverses its ledger entry and releases the stock that invoice had reserved, in the same action.

Questions people ask first

Can the chatbot really look up a customer's order, or does it just collect a ticket?

It looks the order up. The chatbot engine has native WooCommerce blocks for order lookup, order tracking, cancellations and returns, plus product search and a live stock check. The reply the customer sees is built from the API response, not from a canned "we'll get back to you."

Does Oneop integrate with Shopify?

Yes, but read-only — and this page said "no" until 9 August 2026, which was wrong. Oneop installs on your store over OAuth, registers signature-verified webhooks, and mirrors products, customers and orders so the chatbot can answer questions about them. It writes nothing back: no order actions, no fulfilments, no inventory updates. There is also no live stock check, unlike WooCommerce — the stock figure you see is whatever came with the last product update. WooCommerce remains the fuller storefront integration (live stock, cancellations and returns from inside a chat), and WordPress supplies the official plugin that embeds the widget. There is still no Magento or BigCommerce integration.

What stops the store overselling during a rush?

An invariant enforced in code: available stock equals on-hand minus reserved and cannot go negative. A sales order reserves stock at creation, so a second order physically cannot commit inventory the first already holds. This is a code path, not a report you check afterwards.

What happens when the bot can't answer?

The flow reaches a handoff block and routes the visitor to a human agent in the Unified Inbox, with queue position and an explicit "no agent available" path, and an optional business-hours gate that sends after-hours visitors down an offline branch. The agent inherits the full transcript, because both bot and visitor sides are persisted through one choke point.

Can support run over email as well as chat?

Yes, as an opt-in. Turned on, a support mailbox (IMAP, Postmark Inbound or SendGrid Inbound Parse) feeds tickets with deduplication across all three pipelines and threading via In-Reply-To. An agent's public reply is emailed back over the mailbox's own SMTP; internal notes are never emailed.

Which AI powers the chatbot, and what does it cost per message?

Google Gemini — the only model provider implemented. AI usage is metered as credits: a chatbot reply costs 1 credit, and every plan includes a monthly balance (50 on Free up to 15,000 on Business). Prompt-injection blocking and PII redaction run on every AI call, on every plan, and cannot be turned off.
