Support

Something need a human?

Support is by email. Oneop does not publish a response time — there is no SLA instrument behind one — so the fastest thing you can do is send a complete first message.

Reporting

68 prebuilt reports, and they cross modules because it's one database

Eleven report packs cover CRM, support, live chat, finance, tax, inventory, sales, sequences, chatbot, AI workforce and projects — 33 datasets in total. Every one is queried by the same engine, so a report can join a customer's deals to their tickets to their invoices without an export, a connector, or a nightly sync.

No credit card. Free plan, 2 seats.

Three things worth knowing before you compare

Eleven packs, 33 datasets, 68 prebuilt reports

You do not start from a blank query. The engine registers eleven packs, and every pack ships prebuilt reports with their columns, filters, grouping and sort already set.

A dataset for a module you haven't turned on returns nothing rather than failing.

One database, no warehouse

CRM records, support tickets, invoices and stock movements are rows in one PostgreSQL database, scoped to one workspace. "Which accounts opened the most tickets in the quarter they renewed" is a query, not an integration project — no ETL, no nightly sync, no six-hour-old truth.

CSV, XLSX or PDF

CSV follows RFC 4180 and neutralises leading formula characters so a cell can't be executed as a spreadsheet formula. XLSX ships with a frozen header row and autofilter. PDF renders server-side for anyone who will never log in.

The builder and dashboards

The report builder lets you start from a prebuilt report or a raw dataset and shape it without SQL.

Pick a dataset, choose columns, add filters, group, sort, and save it as a definition you can re-run, clone, share by link or export. Definitions are yours to edit — a prebuilt report is a starting point, not a locked artefact.

Dashboards assemble saved reports into tiles on a layout you arrange. Tiles read from the same definitions, so fixing a filter in one place fixes it everywhere it is shown.

Plan limit: the report builder and dashboards sit on the Pro plan and above. Unlike most plan boundaries in Oneop, these are checked on the server — a workspace below Pro gets a refusal from the API, not just a hidden menu item.

Scheduled delivery

Reports can run on a schedule and land in an inbox without anyone opening Oneop.

A schedule names the report, the cadence, the format and the recipients. Delivery is picked up by a recurring tick that claims each due schedule with a row-level lock and skips anything another worker already holds, so two workers cannot send the same report twice. The tick runs every fifteen minutes, with an hourly sweep behind it.

Plan limit: scheduled reports are on the Business plan and above, server-checked.

The report narrator, which is genuinely AI

Two things on this page are real Google Gemini calls, and we want to be exact about which.

The narrator takes the numbers a report actually returned and writes the summary — what moved, what stands out, what to look at. It is a metered call carrying your workspace ID, so it charges AI credits and honours your cap.

The natural-language builder turns a sentence into a report definition. You ask for "won deals by owner this quarter over $10,000" and the model proposes a dataset, columns, filters and grouping. The proposal is validated against a strict schema and then executed in strict mode, so a dataset or column the model invented is rejected with an error rather than silently dropped.

Plan limit: AI reporting is on the Business plan and above, server-checked.

Opt-in The scheduled AI digest — where the narrator writes a recurring summary and mails it out on its own cadence — is off until you ask for it. On-demand narration and the natural-language builder do not depend on it.

What is not AI, and we will not call it AI

The "executive insights" panel on the analytics page is deterministic if/else logic — thresholds on active deal count and growth percentage picking from fixed sentences. It is useful. It is not a model. Elsewhere in Oneop, cash-flow forecasting and duplicate-bill detection are also rules, not AI, and the support inbox's summary and sentiment strip is static client-side text. We label those as what they are, on every page.

More on how AI is metered and governed: AI governance.

What it costs

Reporting is where plan tiers genuinely bite, so here is the boundary in plain terms.

Extra seats are $5 per seat per month, and annual billing is ten months' price for twelve. AI credits are weighted by the work: an executive-insight generation is priced at 10 credits, against 1 for a chatbot reply. Business-plan workspaces can supply their own Google AI key instead of drawing on the included pool.

Frequently asked

How many reports does Oneop ship with?

Sixty-eight prebuilt reports, drawn from 33 datasets across eleven packs: CRM, sales, support, live chat, chatbot, finance, tax, inventory, workflow, AI workforce and projects. Each one arrives with its columns, filters, grouping and sort already configured, and every one can be cloned and edited.

Can a single report combine CRM, support and finance data?

Yes, and that is the point of the architecture. Deals, tickets, invoices and stock movements live in one PostgreSQL database scoped to one workspace, so a cross-module report is a query rather than an integration. There is no ETL step, no connector to license and no sync lag between the answer and the data.

What formats can I export to?

CSV, XLSX and PDF. CSV follows RFC 4180 and neutralises leading =, +, - and @ so a cell cannot be executed as a spreadsheet formula. XLSX includes a frozen header row and autofilter. There is no Google Sheets sync and no BI-tool connector.

Is the AI in reporting real, or dressed-up rules?

The narrator and the natural-language report builder are real Google Gemini calls, metered against your workspace’s AI credits and available on the Business plan and above. The natural-language builder executes in strict mode, so a dataset or column the model invented is rejected with an error rather than quietly ignored. The "executive insights" panel on the analytics page is not AI — it is if/else logic on deal counts and growth thresholds, and we say so.

Which plan do I need for scheduled reports?

Business. The report builder and dashboards start at Pro; scheduled delivery and AI reporting start at Business. These particular gates are checked server-side, so the boundary is real rather than a hidden menu item.

Can I send a report to someone who doesn't have a Oneop login?

Yes, two ways: schedule it to their email address as CSV, XLSX or PDF, or generate a share link for a saved report. Scheduling requires a Business plan; export and sharing are available with the builder from Pro.
