Support

Something need a human?

Support is by email. Oneop does not publish a response time — there is no SLA instrument behind one — so the fastest thing you can do is send a complete first message.

Google Workspace integration — sign-in, Gmail and Calendar

Sign in to Oneop with Google, send and receive from each rep's own Gmail via OAuth, and let booking pages read Google Calendar free/busy and write events.

The Google Workspace integration covers three surfaces — identity, email and calendar — each connected with OAuth, so nobody types a Google password into Oneop.

What it does

Sign in with Google. Team members log in to Oneop with their Google account instead of another password.

Per-rep Gmail. Each rep connects their own Gmail in one click via OAuth (XOAUTH2). Outbound one-to-one email and sequence steps send from the rep’s real mailbox — not a shared platform pool — which is what keeps deliverability honest. Inbound mail is polled every minute and replies thread back onto the deal. This is on by default.

Google Calendar for booking. With Calendar connected, your personal booking page removes busy times automatically, and each booking can write a calendar event with the guest invited (and spin up a Zoom meeting if Zoom is connected).

What syncs, in which direction

  • Bi-directional: Gmail send and receive, per user.
  • Read: Calendar free/busy for the personal booking page.
  • Write: Calendar events created from bookings.
  • OAuth tokens are stored per user and refreshed automatically; stored credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM.

Setup

Users connect from their own settings — one OAuth consent screen per surface. No workspace-wide admin key is required for per-user mailboxes.

What it does not do

  • Calendar sync is one-way write plus free/busy read — not a full two-way calendar sync.
  • No Google Drive, Docs or Sheets integration.
  • Sequence reply-detection auto-exit is driven by the inbound webhook pipeline; see the Sequences page for the precise behavior per mailbox type.

Per-user email accounts are on for every plan. Sequences ship in every workspace, entitled from Starter and above — but nothing sends until a rep connects their own mailbox. See CRM and Sequences.
