WooCommerce integration — store actions inside the chatbot
Oneop's chatbot searches your WooCommerce catalog, checks stock, looks up and tracks orders, and processes cancellations and returns in conversation.
Most WooCommerce support traffic is a handful of questions: where is my order, do you have this in stock, how do I return it. The WooCommerce integration lets Oneop’s chatbot answer them against your live store instead of deflecting them to a human.
What it does
Chatbot flows gain store-native blocks that read and act on your WooCommerce store: search products, check stock, render product cards, look up an order, track a shipment, and process cancellations and returns — all inside the conversation, against live store data.
What syncs, in which direction
- Read: product search, stock levels, order status and tracking.
- Write: order cancellations and return processing initiated from the chat flow.
- This is a live read-and-act integration, not a catalog mirror — Oneop does not import your product catalog or order history into its own inventory module.
Setup
Connect per workspace from integrations settings with your store’s WooCommerce API credentials. Credentials are stored per-tenant, encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Build or adapt a chatbot flow using the WooCommerce blocks — several of the 17 starter templates include commerce patterns to start from.
What it does not do
- No catalog or order import into Oneop’s own inventory and finance modules; the store remains the system of record for store data.
- No cart-abandonment campaigns or marketing automation against WooCommerce data.
- Write actions are subject to the chatbot runtime’s hard cap of five write actions per conversation per ten minutes — a deliberate safety ceiling.
